Returning Client Policy

To provide every guest with the best possible curly hair experience, clients who have not visited for 12 months or longer will be booked as a New Client Curly Cut.

Over the course of a year, your hair's condition, curl pattern, length, density, lifestyle, and hair goals can change significantly. A New Client appointment allows time for a comprehensive consultation, curl assessment, customized haircut, styling, and education to create a plan that's right for your curls today.

To maintain your existing client status and keep your curls looking their best, I recommend scheduling your maintenance appointments every 8–12 weeks.
