STUDIO POLICES

Rules Before Booking

  • Please arrive with your hair clean, dry, and styled as you normally wear it (no ponytails, buns, braids, or stretched hair unless discussed beforehand).

  • Avoid heavy oils, butters, gels, or leave-in products before your appointment, as they can affect your service.

  • Curly hair services require extra time and attention. Please allow enough time for your appointment and avoid booking if you're in a rush.

  • If you need to leave by a specific time, let me know when booking so I can schedule your appointment accordingly.

  • If you're booking a color service, please mention any previous color, bleach, henna, or chemical treatments when making your appointment.

  • Come with inspiration photos if you have a specific goal, but keep in mind that results may vary depending on your curl pattern, hair condition, and hair history.

  • If you're unsure which service to book, please contact me before scheduling your appointment.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.

Late Appointment Policy

I allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, your appointment time may be shortened to avoid affecting other clients. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show and 95% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file.

Cancellation Policy

I require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 95% of the scheduled service fee to cover the lost appointment time.
